Close all open Office Applications. Click on Go in the Finder tool-bar at the top of the screen and then click on Applications. Click on Microsoft Office 2016 OR Outlook 2016 OR Outlook 2016 for Mac Office. Find and double-click on Microsoft Database Utility. You will see a list of all identities being used in Outlook 2016 for Mac.

To create a new Identity click on the ‘+’ sign at the bottom left of the Microsoft Database Utility box. Name the new Identity.
