After upgrading to Windows 10, my AOL desktop program wasn't working. Following AOL support instructions, I downloaded the new version of AOL desktop. When I run the AOL desktop installer, after about a minute the computer prompts me to restart.
When Windows restarts, nothing happens; AOL is not installed, and its installer does not resume. I used Webroot security software, and also have run Malwarebytes to verify that there is no malware. I've retried the download/install three times, just in case I got a bad download. But get the same result every time. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
